Almost 9 years ago...

A lot has occurred in the world of T. Hawkins. I’ve experienced success and tragedy. Life continues to continue. I’ve grown much in the last decade. I am evolving into a well balanced man. I am curious about the world and the one inside of me. I wouldn’t have thought I’d be here again on Cooley Hygh, but I am thankful it was here awaiting my return. I am looking forward to establishing myself as a writer and creative thinker. I’ve been afraid to express my thoughts and feelings because I value peace. I know that my thoughts and feelings tend to rub others the wrong way at times. I am learning that I cannot save the world. I can only inspire it to change and so I will. 1 post at a time.

Been away for awhile doing a lot of recording and what not. This is my latest recording to Kanye West's hit single "Runaway". Life (My first Song)......

Man I've been getting into the studio lately and been having a lot of great experiences! Learning more about recording, deliveries, and song production! Still trying to get the hang of finding myself while recording. It's harder than it seems when actually recording. I recorded my very first track today a couple hours back! The song isn't completely ready, I still have to mix it and add a vocalist on the hook but this is as far as I am on it currently! Let me know what you guys think! Constructive critism is great! Well anyway here is my song!

After numerous previews, artist Kanye West debuts his first film, Runaway, which features music from his forthcoming album “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy”. Runaway is story of a phoenix played by lingerie model Selita Ebanks who falls down from the cosmos. She is rejected for her differences while on earth is eventually torn away from West and returns to her own realm. “My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy” is set to release November 22nd. Hypebeast

G.O.O.D. Friday- Don't Look Down...

G.O.O.D. Music Fridays return once again, this time with yet another star-studded feature which includes Mos Def, Lupe Fiasco and Big Sean. This following the preview Mr. West’s upcoming My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy tracklist, which is also showcases a notable cast of Jay-Z, John Legend and Raekwon to name a few. Man It's funny when people hear people say who they look like! I saw this guy come through Primesole & before I could even tell him who he looked similar to he said, "Dog don't even say it". I started to laugh and told him I bet he hears it all the time! Growning up "Fabolous was one of the most notable rappers. Everyday people were like "what up fab" or "holla back young'n" when they saw me lol. Time passed & R&B sensation "Trey Songz" got put on the map! First time I heard that I looked like him I almost died from the laughter alone! Then they started calling me chocolate Trey at work! Ya'll wild at Primesole, Love ya'll though! Now that people are getting hip to G.O.O.D. Music's "Big Sean" that's all I get. People are always like what up "BOI"! or what up Big Sean! Man It's like star-search out here..........lol....I do it......

Got an early wake up this call from Mr. West on Twitter this morning. Been waiting all night for his latest G.O.O.D.  Friday track. He's had a pretty busy schedule getting ready for his album release! This track entitled "Take One for the Team" feat Keri Hillson, Pusha T, and Cyhi Da Prince is pretty awesome!
